Menstrual Wellness Series with Erin
A six-week series.
1. Cycle tracking - importance, what you can learn, the different phases of the cycle
2. Yin phases - inner autumn and inner winter.
3. Movement and nutrition. How to honour and celebrate each phase, rituals and self-care.
4. Yang phases - inner spring and inner summer. Movement and nutrition. How to honour and celebrate each phase, rituals and self-care.
4. Daily routines as a cyclical being. Infradian and circadian rhythm, red light at night. The different rhythms our body’s experience. Importance of sleep!
5. Stress - impact on the cycle. Environmental and physical (we are a direct reflection of the nature around us)
6. Guest speaker Rose on the role of femininity and masculinity in the cycle. Trusting your intuition.
Each session:
Begin with a Cycle check-in, what day you are on and how you are checking in with your body and mind. How you have shown up today. End with journaling and a tea, along with key takeaways from the session and rituals to try for your next phase.
