Yang-into-Yin Yoga: Tuesdays 6:15-7:30 PM

Yang-into-Yin is a 4-week series designed as an intelligent sequenced practice that warms up the body with 'yang' style postures that warm, strengthen, invigorate & align followed by the last half of class in longer-held 'yin' postures for 2-5 minutes each.  Yin postures allows you to access the deeper connective tissue or fascia, and assist to re-align old patterns in the body and mind.  All experience levels are so welcome - Come as you are!

Stiff Guys Continuation Yoga Series: 8:00-9:00 PM

This is a 4-week, progressive yoga series designed for men who have attended the initial 'Stiff Guys Series', although this is not essential to attending.  Fundamentals of breath, alignment and mindfulness will be built upon through this continuation series.
Come together in mindful and intentional community, to enhance our collective well-being.
