Common Ground Yoga : Sundays, 9-10 AM

Common Ground Yoga starts this Sunday!

This class has been inspired by the beautiful and humbling 'Vigils for Peace' that were held over the holidays.  Such insightful and humbling discussion, vulnerability and hopeful glimpses of how we move forward in this world and our personal lives in great peace, love & hope!

This class will be hosted by Danielle Hachey, integrating various world philosophies and theologies, around a different topic each week of how do we collectively embody and live into Peace more authentically as we recognize and excavate the common ground from which we all sprout.

Such 'common ground' topics will include: Wonder, Curiosity, Hope, Grief, Rage, Joy, Action, Forgiveness, Humility, Reciprocity, etc.

This is a drop-in class but please sign-up ahead of time if you can.  60-minutes will include introduction and context of framework or philosophical idea, 40-min. yoga and breath practice which will focus on alignment principles, strength and opening.  We will close class together in contemplation and optional disucssion.
