Hello- we are accepting expressions of interest from anyone interested in our Four bedroom two bathroom suite in Rossland. This is the full upstairs of our house as well as one large room and large entryway downstairs. There is a small self contained suite downstairs that my retired father lives in.
This is a spacious house in Pinewood. There is a large living area, kitchen, dining area, master with ensuite, two addition bedrooms up and one down (currently home “gym” - can leave treadmill if you are a runner!). There is also a tree house in the back and Raised beds and established herbs and berries in the front yard.
Available long term starting January (dates to be finalized shortly)
Please be aware this rental comes with snow removal responsibilities and a fairly long and steep driveway. There is a snowblower we will leave but this may not be a good rental for people with mobility issues.
