Learn a new sport while getting fit for summer. You will get a great workout while learning the fundamental skills: offence, defense and pad holding for a partner. Come solo or bring a friend to be your accountability partner. Minimum 4 / Maximum 10 participants. click here to register now

Early risers: 6:30 - 7:15 am
Mid-morning: 8:45 - 9:30 am

Session 1: April 2 - May 2 (5 weeks) $100
Session 2: May 7 - June 6 (5 weeks) $100
