Please join me (Dani Woolsey) for an all levels yoga and movement session to start your weekend!
This one hour class will incorporate pranayama (breathwork), a movement practice (exercises and postures), and a concluding meditation to leave you feeling radiant for the rest of the day!
Location: Madhu Wellness Collective - 2070 Washington Street in Rossland
Time: 9-10am (Please arrive early so everyone has a chance to settle in before we begin!)
Investment: Suggested $10 minimum donation (50% of all collected donations will go to a select charity/organization).

Please Bring: Water bottle, yoga mat (there are mats to borrow if you need one), warm clothes, your favourite sitting cushion. **Props are available to borrow**
