This is a 4-week drop-in series, for expecting mommas who wish to explore their growing bodies and babes; with breath, movement, stillness & mindfulness.  


Expect to be fully supported through your specific trimester, with modifications and sequences that will nourish you, build strength while maintaining flexibility, and gain Yogic & Ayurvedic tools to help prepare you for labour, birth & motherhood!!

Danielle Hachey is a certified Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, 200 HR RYT and has had the gift of bringing two beautiful beings into this world over the past few years!
