Oktoberfest at RED

This Labour Day long weekend (September 2 & 3) we’re launching what we’re already proclaiming an instant classic—the first-ever RED Oktoberfest: Läter, Höser! There will be beer, there will be brats, there will be endless competitions, and Kootenay stein raisers will no longer need to be jealous over how they do it in Munich. Friday night comes out swinging with a stacked lineup of live music in the base area beer garden and the RED Deck! We will have a mobile stage with Red Mountain as our beautiful backdrop and big time bands jamming from 6- 10pm. From Noon-10pm Saturday, Läter, Höser! goes off with mayhem for kids and adults alike! We’re stacking the day with some of our favourite breweries showing up with their best Oktoberfest style beer, live music, and tons of incredible food to choose from. Throw in the Official Oktoberfest Team Games and get in on the action with games like Sausage Toss, Masskrugstemmen and Keg Rolling. Only 25 teams allowed, costumes encouraged! Team of 4 entry includes event ticket, a special branded Läter, Höser glass stein and raffle tickets for each member. Plus plenty of fun filled kids games on the deck all day long, from giant jenga, to cornhole and pin the stein on the Lederhosen. Don't forget to wear your best Oktoberfest outfit for a chance to be crowned Mr. or Mrs. Oktoberfest! And of course we have tons of great raffle prizes and contest prizes all day!
