What cell phone plan do you have in Rossland and how is the coverage in town/in the backcountry? Looking at Black Friday deals with Koodo, Virgin, Public Mobile, etc.
I'm with Bell now, and I like them, but I think I'm overpaying.

Koodo prepaid has worked well for me and you can get a great deal sometimes. I pay under $40 a month with unlimited calling and texting. 3GB of data (but there's often deals for more). You can also buy add ons for the US for a reasonable price and they never expire.
Theres a public mobile plan currently; $34/month for unlimited talk/text and 40GB data (plus unlimited slow data after that). Been with Public for most of the year and have been very happy. Service coverage is the same as Telus since it uses the Telus network.
