Hi Mountain Mitch - Thanks for posting this - it was a cool article.
I spoke with Kathy about it, and the model will be similar. It hasn't been confirmed yet but tenants can't own property, must work in Rossland, or retired having worked in Rossland, be under some income level, etc and rents will be lower. And it will be permanent rental managed by the Lower Columbia Affordable Housing Society.
